Last year I made a very conscious effort to bring more giveaways, partnerships and special offers to newsletter subscribers. With Michigan coming off a National Championship, a lot of fun and unique commemorative stuff hit the market for fans looking to celebrate Michigan’s title. As a result, cool commemorative gear and keepsakes opened the door for a lot of potential partnerships to be made with brands and companies that made sense.

As I’ve outlined here before, I’m looking for partnerships to help elevate the value of subscribing here. But only if they’re partnerships with brands/people/companies that:

• Make sense for Michigan fans

• Are trustworthy

• Are companies I would (and do) buy stuff from myself

Without a title to celebrate this offseason, those partnership opportunities haven’t been as prevalent. Fear not, though. I’ve recently found a great opportunity that I’m excited to share today.

And like I’ve done with partnerships in the past, I’m excited to create some giveaways to further sweeten the pot.

Prices vary depending on the players. And there are plenty of different options on what you can have signed, which you can view for yourself if you click through the individual player names above. You can mail in your own item(s) to be signed. Or you can purchase a number of memorabilia options that Powers Sports Memorabilia offers and get those signed. Check around the internet and see what signed items from these players are going for elsewhere and you’ll quickly see how good of a deal these signings are through Powers Sports Memorabilia.

There are plenty of different options to look into when it comes to these signings, but one suggestion I’ll make: If you bought a National Championship football from one of my special offers last offseason, why not have your favorite member of that championship team autograph it to make it even more special? I make this suggestion because that’s exactly what I’ll be doing with one of the commemorative footballs I got last offseason. And it’s also what I’ll be doing with the J.J. McCarthy career retrospective football I got last offseason. Look. It’s a cool ball. It’s infinitely more cool once it’s signed by J.J. McCarthy himself.

You can elevate plenty of other Michigan items you already own: helmets, jerseys, trading cards — you name it, they can accommodate.

But I’m not just here to bring awareness to these signings. I want to give even more incentive to sign up for them — so I’ll be offering some giveaways to subscribers who purchase autographs/memorabilia through Powers Sports Memorabilia to sweeten the deal.
